Refund & Cancellation Policy
Clear eligibility, review and processing timelines for TNPSCLab digital learning purchases.
Effective date: 11 August 2026 · Last updated: 29 August 2026
1. Digital service; no physical returns
TNPSCLab sells time-limited access to digital educational content. No physical product is shipped, so a physical return or exchange does not apply. This policy explains when a payment may be cancelled or refunded. It does not limit any non-waivable rights available under applicable consumer law.
2. Cancellation
Annual All Access is currently a one-time purchase and does not automatically renew unless checkout clearly states otherwise. You therefore do not need to cancel recurring billing. Access continues until the displayed expiry date. If auto-renewing access is introduced, checkout will disclose that fact and provide a way to cancel future renewals without ending the already-paid access period.
3. Refund-eligible situations
- The same transaction was charged more than once.
- Payment succeeded but Annual All Access was not activated, and support cannot activate it within two business days after receiving complete transaction details.
- A technical error applied the wrong access duration, entitlement state or payable amount compared with the confirmed order, and we cannot promptly correct it.
- TNPSCLab permanently discontinues the purchased service before meaningful access is delivered; an appropriate full or proportionate remedy will be offered as required by the circumstances and law.
- A refund is otherwise required by applicable law.
4. Situations normally not eligible
- Change of mind after digital access has been activated or used.
- Expecting content, features or a duration that were not included in the Annual All Access scope clearly displayed before payment.
- Not using the access, lack of study time, examination schedule or syllabus changes by authorities, or failure to obtain a desired result.
- Temporary interruption caused by the user's device, browser, internet provider or unsupported configuration.
- Account suspension for fraud, unlawful conduct, credential sharing, content piracy or a material breach of the Terms, subject to applicable law.
5. How to request a refund
Submit the request through the email on our Contact Us page, preferably within seven calendar days of the transaction or discovery of the issue. Include your registered name and email, payment/order ID, amount, purchase date, Annual All Access order details, reason and relevant screenshot. Never send a card number, CVV, UPI PIN, OTP or banking password.
We normally acknowledge complete requests within 48 hours. We may ask for reasonable information to verify account ownership, payment and usage. Approval or rejection, with reasons where appropriate, will ordinarily be communicated within seven business days after receiving all required information, and consumer grievances will be addressed within the period required by applicable law.
6. Refund method and timeline
Approved refunds are sent only to the original payment method; cash or transfer to a different account is not permitted. TNPSCLab will initiate an approved normal refund through the payment provider, generally within two business days of approval. After initiation, credit time depends on the payment method and bank: UPI may take up to five working days, cards up to seven working days, and net banking or other methods up to ten working days. Banking or provider delays may occur. We will share an available refund reference on request.
A full refund ends the related entitlement when the refund is approved or processed. A partial refund, where offered, may proportionately change or end access.
7. Failed, pending and unauthorized payments
If checkout shows failure or pending but your account was debited, first allow the bank or payment provider's standard reconciliation window. Such transactions may be automatically reversed without TNPSCLab receiving the funds. Send us the payment reference if the debit remains unresolved. For an unauthorized transaction, immediately notify your bank/payment provider and contact us so we can preserve relevant records and secure the TNPSCLab account.
