1. Acceptance and eligibility

These Terms form a binding agreement between you and TNPSCLab when you browse the website, create an account, or purchase or use a plan. If you do not agree, do not use the service. You must be legally capable of entering into this agreement; a parent or lawful guardian must accept these Terms for a user who is not legally capable.

2. Service and educational purpose

TNPSCLab provides bilingual syllabus browsing, digital lessons, practice questions, previous-year questions, mock tests, notes, bookmarks and progress tools for TNPSC preparation. TNPSCLab is an independent educational platform and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or an official website of the Tamil Nadu Public Service Commission.

We work to keep learning content accurate and current, but it is supplementary preparation material and does not replace official notifications, syllabi, answer keys or professional advice. Always verify exam dates, eligibility and rules on official TNPSC channels.

3. Accounts and one-device sessions

• Provide accurate registration information and keep your password and device secure.
• One account may have only one active device session at a time. Signing in on another device automatically ends the previous session.
• Accounts and paid access are personal, non-transferable and must not be sold, shared or used to provide access to others.
• Tell us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access. You are responsible for activity performed through your account until it is reported and secured.

4. Plans, prices and access

TNPSCLab currently offers one Annual All Access purchase for the content and features described on the pricing and checkout pages. It is intended to cover the available TNPSC Group I, Group II, Group IIA and Group IV subjects, articles, MCQs, PYQs, mock tests, Practice and Test modes and progress tools for 365 days from paid activation, subject to the stated scope, publication status and availability. The checkout page displays the current inclusions, access period, tax treatment if applicable and final payable amount before payment.

The ₹1,499 price is a limited-period promotional offer, not a permanently guaranteed price. We may change or withdraw that offer at any time before a purchase. The final price displayed and accepted at checkout governs that transaction. A later price change will not create an additional charge or shorten an already activated fixed-term entitlement.

A 24-hour free-access period begins when an eligible account is created. No card is required, it does not automatically become a paid purchase, and access ends automatically when the free period expires unless Annual All Access has been purchased. Unless checkout expressly states otherwise, paid purchases are one-time and do not auto-renew.

5. Payments

Payments are processed in Indian Rupees through the payment provider displayed at checkout. The provider may collect and process payment-instrument data under its own terms and privacy policy. TNPSCLab does not store your full card number, CVV, UPI PIN or banking password. Access is activated after confirmed successful payment.

Refunds and cancellations are governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

6. Permitted use and intellectual property

• We grant you a limited, personal, revocable, non-exclusive and non-transferable right to use purchased content during the access period for your own exam preparation.
• Do not copy, record, scrape, republish, sell, distribute, translate at scale, reverse engineer, bypass access controls or use content to train another product or model without written permission.
• TNPSCLab branding, software, layouts and original educational content remain the property of TNPSCLab or its licensors. Official/public-source material remains subject to its applicable rights and attribution.

7. Prohibited conduct and account action

You must not misuse the service, introduce malicious code, attempt unauthorized access, impersonate another person, interfere with other users, commit payment fraud, infringe rights, or use the platform unlawfully. We may restrict or suspend access where reasonably necessary to investigate or stop abuse, protect users, comply with law or enforce these Terms. Where appropriate, we will provide notice and a reasonable opportunity to respond.

8. Availability, disclaimers and liability

We aim for reliable service but do not promise uninterrupted or error-free availability. Maintenance, connectivity, third-party systems, security events or circumstances outside reasonable control may affect access. To the extent permitted by applicable law, the service is provided on an “as available” basis and TNPSCLab does not guarantee any examination result, rank, selection or employment outcome.

Nothing in these Terms excludes rights or liabilities that cannot lawfully be excluded. Subject to that rule, TNPSCLab will not be liable for indirect or consequential loss, and its aggregate liability arising from a paid plan will not exceed the amount you paid for that affected plan in the preceding twelve months.

9. Changes, governing law and contact

We may update these Terms for legal, security or service changes. Material changes will be posted with a revised date and, where required, notified through the service. These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts of competent jurisdiction in Tamil Nadu will have jurisdiction, subject to mandatory consumer forums and dispute rights available under applicable law.
